Keith Rabois
Chairman

Keith is a Managing Director at Khosla Ventures, where he invests across sectors and stages leveraging his experience as a world-class founder, operator, and investor. Keith has helped build some of the largest, globally-recognized technology companies in his more than 20-year career. At Khosla Ventures, he led the first institutional investments in DoorDash, Affirm, and Faire, invested early in Stripe, and co-founded Opendoor. While a General Partner at Founders Fund, he led investments in Ramp, Trade Republic, and Aven, and before that made early personal investments in YouTube, Airbnb, Palantir, Lyft, Udemy, and Eventbrite. Keith is consistently recognized on the Forbes Midas list, ranking as high as #4 in the U.S. and #8 globally. He has served on multiple boards, including Reddit’s from 2012 to 2019, and on Yelp and Xoom’s boards, guiding them from their early stages through IPOs. Keith currently serves on the boards of Ramp and Faire, among others.

He started his technology career with leadership roles at PayPal, as their EVP of Business Development, Public Affairs & Policy, before joining LinkedIn as VP of Business & Corporate Development, and finally, Block (formerly known as Square), as Chief Operating Officer. Keith served as a litigator at Sullivan and Cromwell, a prominent law firm, following his clerkship for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Stanford University and earned a juris doctor degree with honors from Harvard University.

Eric Feder
Lead Independent Director

Eric Feder has served on our board of directors since May 2024. Mr. Feder has been President of LENX, LLC since 2019, and a senior operating executive at Lennar Corporation, one of the country’s leading homebuilders, since 2008. He oversees Lennar Corporation’s innovation platform and has helped identify, structure and execute Lennar Corporation’s investments in the real estate technology space. He has served on the board of directors of Hippo Holdings Inc., a publicly traded insurance company focusing on property and casualty insurance, where he also serves on the compensation committee, since 2018. Prior to his current role at Lennar, Mr. Feder was Vice Chairman at Rialto Capital, a leading investment management platform focused on real estate, from 2008 to 2018, where he oversaw over $6 billion of direct real estate investments and non-performing loan acquisitions.

Adam Bain
Director

Adam Bain has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2020 and previously served as a member of the board of directors of Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp. II (“SCH”) from April 2020 until the closing of our business combination with SCH in December 2020. Mr. Bain is a co-founder of and has been co-Managing Partner of 01 Advisors, a venture capital firm targeting high-growth technology companies, since January 2018. Mr. Bain served as a director of Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp., which was a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, from September 2017 until the consummation of its business combination with Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (“Virgin Galactic”), a publicly traded spaceflight company, in October 2019. He then served as a member of the Virgin Galactic board of directors from October 2019 to June 2023 and as chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee and a member of the compensation committee until May 2023. Since November 2016, Mr. Bain has also been an independent advisor to and investor in select privately held growth-stage companies. From 2015 to November 2016, Mr. Bain served as the Chief Operating Officer of Twitter, Inc. (“Twitter,” now X Corp.), formerly a publicly traded social media company, and also served as President of Global Revenue & Partnerships of Twitter from 2010 to 2015. Mr. Bain received his B.A. degree in English Journalism from Miami University in Ohio.

David Benson
Director

David Benson has served on our board of directors since September 2024. Mr. Benson most recently served as President of Fannie Mae, the largest provider of mortgage credit in the United States with over $4 trillion in assets, from August 2018 until his retirement in May 2024. As President, Mr. Benson oversaw each of Fannie Mae’s business units, single-family residential and multifamily, as well as several corporate functions, including Finance, IT, Operations, Strategy, Human Resources and Communications. In addition, Mr. Benson helped to pioneer the formation of Common Securitization Solutions, a cloud-native platform that enables the $7 trillion mortgage-backed securities market to achieve enhanced levels of liquidity and standardization. Mr. Benson also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from May 2022 to December 2022, as a member of the board of directors from May 2022 to December 2022, as Interim Chief Financial Officer from May 2021 to November 2021, and as the interim head of Fannie Mae’s Single-Family business from January 2021 to May 2021. Mr. Benson joined Fannie Mae in 2002, and prior to his role as President, served in a range of leadership roles, including as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President—Capital Markets, Securitization & Corporate Strategy, and as Treasurer. He has also served on the board of directors of Essent Group Ltd., a publicly traded mortgage insurance and title insurance and services company, since May 2025. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Benson was Managing Director in the fixed income division of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., where, from 1988 through 2002, he served in several capacities in the areas of risk management, trading, debt syndication and e-commerce. Mr. Benson earned his B.S. in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, his M.B.A. from Stanford University and his M.D. from Harvard Medical School.

Dana Hamilton
Director

Dana Hamilton has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2023. From December 2022 to March 2023, Ms. Hamilton was a Senior Advisor to Pretium Partners LLC, an alternative investment manager specializing in U.S. real estate and credit assets. From April 2017 until December 2022, Ms. Hamilton was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Real Estate for Pretium, where she oversaw significant growth in Pretium’s single-family rental investment business. Ms. Hamilton is also the co-founder of Ameriton LLC, a real estate investment company, and has served as its President since October 2014. From October 2013 to October 2014, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and trustee, of Borderplex Community Trust. Prior thereto, Ms. Hamilton spent 20 years at Archstone, one of the largest apartment companies in the U.S. and Europe, until its sale to AvalonBay and Equity Residential in 2013, where she held numerous roles during her tenure, including President – Europe and Executive Vice President – National Operations. Ms. Hamilton previously served as a director of Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. from June 2024 to May 2025, Life Storage, Inc. from March 2018 until the company merged with Extra Space Storage Inc. in July 2023, and FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated from April 2016 until September 2017, when the company merged with RLJ Lodging Trust. Ms. Hamilton earned her B.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University and her M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Kaz Nejatian
Director

Kaz Nejatian is Opendoor’s Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors, responsible for leading the company’s strategy and execution as it transforms the way people buy and sell homes.

Before joining Opendoor in 2025, Kaz served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Product at Shopify, where he helped scale one of the world’s most important commerce platforms. Since 2019, he built and led product and operating teams, drove significant efficiency gains, and accelerated execution across the company. Prior to Shopify, Kaz held product leadership roles at Meta (formerly Facebook).

Earlier in his career, Kaz founded and served as CEO of Kash, a payment technology company acquired in 2017. He began his career practicing law before moving into entrepreneurship and product leadership.

Kaz is a graduate of Queen’s University School of Business and University of Toronto law school, and is a proud husband and father to four young children.

Eric Wu
Director

Eric Wu is the co-founder of NavigateAI, an AI company building co-pilots for field workers backed by investors including Elad Gil and Vinod Khosla. Previously, he was the CEO and co-founder of Opendoor. Wu is also an active angel investor in startups such as Harvey, Airtable, Ramp, Faire, and Mercury. He has been recognized as EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year, included on Fortune’s 40 Under 40, named one of Business Insider’s Best Early Stage Investors, and in 2022 became the third-youngest Fortune 500 CEO.
