Kaz Nejatian
Chief Executive Officer

Kaz Nejatian is Opendoor’s Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors, responsible for leading the company’s strategy and execution as it transforms the way people buy and sell homes.

Before joining Opendoor in 2025, Kaz served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Product at Shopify, where he helped scale one of the world’s most important commerce platforms. Since 2019, he built and led product and operating teams, drove significant efficiency gains, and accelerated execution across the company. Prior to Shopify, Kaz held product leadership roles at Meta (formerly Facebook).

Earlier in his career, Kaz founded and served as CEO of Kash, a payment technology company acquired in 2017. He began his career practicing law before moving into entrepreneurship and product leadership.

Kaz is a graduate of Queen’s University School of Business and University of Toronto law school, and is a proud husband and father to four young children.

Christy Schwartz
Chief Financial Officer

Christy Schwartz serves as Opendoor’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Company’s capital strategy, liquidity, long‑range planning and performance management, and enterprise‑wide reporting and controls.

With 25 years of finance leadership, Christy blends the discipline of a public‑company CFO with the agility of an operator. Since joining Opendoor in 2016, Christy has held several leadership roles—including Vice President and Corporate Controller; Chief Accounting Officer (2021–2025); and Interim Chief Financial Officer (2022–2024). During this time, she scaled the Finance organization to support hyper-growth, helped lead Opendoor's transition to a public company, and led the organization through a period of intense market volatility and cost restructuring.

She holds an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Lucas Matheson
Lucas Matheson
President

Lucas Matheson serves as President of Opendoor, overseeing Corporate Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, and emerging strategic initiatives, including Opendoor’s exploration of blockchain technology and tokenization.

Lucas previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Coinbase Canada, Inc. from December 2022 to December 2025, where he led the company’s Canadian business expansion and regulatory engagement. Prior to Coinbase, he held several leadership roles at Shopify Inc., including leading Operations, Corporate FP&A, Acceleration Finance, and Strategic Expansion.

Earlier in his career, Lucas worked across banking, finance, and M&A in the technology and financial services sectors. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds a B.Comm in Finance from Concordia University and an MBA from the University of Alberta. Lucas also serves on the Board of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation.

Giang LeGrice
Chief Operating Officer

Giang LeGrice leads Opendoor’s operations, responsible for leading Market Operations and driving company-wide initiatives to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Giang brings more than 20 years of operations experience across technology, retail, and e-commerce. Before joining Opendoor, she served as Vice President of Operations at Shopify, where she led global initiatives to dramatically accelerate growth, improve execution, and strengthen performance. Since 2019, she built and scaled operational teams through periods of hyper-growth while developing the systems and infrastructure to scale.

Earlier in her career, Giang worked as an actuary. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Mathematics and Finance and is passionate about mentoring emerging operations leaders and exploring innovation in AI and data.

Chief Technology & Product Officer

Shrisha Radhakrishna has served as Opendoor’s Chief Technology & Product Officer since 2024. In that role he has led a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists to drive tech innovation and product development.

With over 20 years of experience, Shrisha has a proven track record of building cutting-edge digital platforms that solve real-world challenges. Before joining Opendoor, he was Chief Technology & Product Officer at LegalZoom. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Intuit, where he played a key role in developing QuickBooks Self-Employed and QuickBooks Online—two of Intuit’s fastest-growing products.

Shrisha holds a B.E. in Information Sciences from Bangalore University in India and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Morgan
Morgan Brown
Chief Growth Officer

Morgan Brown is Opendoor’s Chief Growth Officer, responsible for driving customer acquisition, product-led growth, and marketplace expansion.

Before joining Opendoor, he served as Vice President of Product and Growth at Dropbox, where he led the company’s AI initiatives across its global customer base. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Growth at Shopify, leading self-serve customer acquisition and expanding the company’s worldwide merchant community. He also held product leadership roles at Meta, where he led growth for Instagram and helped scale the platform to more than two billion users.

Morgan is the co-author of Hacking Growth, a best-selling book that established growth as a discipline adopted by product and marketing leaders around the world. He holds a degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and lives in Southern California with his wife and four children.

Brad Bonney
Brad Bonney
Chief Business Officer

Brad Bonney is Opendoor’s Chief Business Officer, responsible for leading the company’s sales, partnerships, and ancillary products and services teams.

Since joining Opendoor in 2017, Brad has played a key role in the company’s growth and transformation, driving initiatives to expand market coverage, improve efficiency, and strengthen customer relationships. In his current role, he is focused on accelerating growth by making Opendoor’s software and solutions available to mission-aligned partners, especially homebuilders, and expanding the add-on products and services offered to buyers and sellers.

Before joining Opendoor, Brad served as a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy and led trust and safety strategy and operations at Airbnb. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and Stanford University, respectively, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Renee Mauldin
Chief People Officer

Renee Mauldin is Opendoor’s Chief People Officer, responsible for the company’s people strategy and employee experience across all teams and markets. She builds high-performing organizations that support companies through rapid growth and transformation.

Before joining Opendoor, Renee served as Chief People Officer at project44 and Nubank, where she helped scale the company from an early-stage startup into a global financial services leader and through its IPO. Earlier in her career, she was Uber’s first Head of People & Workplace, supporting growth from 450 to 10,000 employees, served as People Operations Leader for Ads & Commerce at Google, and spent her early career in people leadership roles at Capital One.

Renee believes people organizations should be run like product teams and is focused on building AI-first, high-performance companies that turn talent and technology into a durable advantage. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.

Rishi
Rishi Kotiya
Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary

Rishi Kotiya is Opendoor’s Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary, responsible for overseeing the company’s legal and corporate secretary functions.

Since joining Opendoor in 2019, Rishi has held several key roles within the legal team, most recently serving as Vice President, Corporate Legal. He played an instrumental role in Opendoor’s transition to a public company and has led many of the company’s high-impact strategic transactions. In his current role, he leads the legal team in navigating complex transactional, litigation, and regulatory matters across the technology, real estate, and financial services sectors.

Before joining Opendoor, Rishi worked in private practice at Covington & Burling LLP, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategic and venture investments, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
